President's Welcome

Welcome and congratulations to you on becoming a member of the Zhong Ying family!  

Working with young learners and teenagers is a creative, fun, and rewarding experience. Teaching is the most important job in any society. We work with kids to help them in their early age, develop the knowledge and skills to better understand themselves, to participate in the world they live in, realize their potential, and to become the successful people they wish to be in the future.

It is also worth remembering that every person is unique. We will always do our best to guide all learners to become high achievers. However, we also understand that although some might not achieve academic greatness, they might be good at something else. Therefore, we should help our pupils to recognize their talents and utilize those to their fullest potential.

To attain all that is mentioned above, your contribution and participation is needed. Also, we need to function as one Family. As a family, we can encourage and assist each other to enhance our practice and to become better at what we do. For a car to function well, all of its parts are linked and need to be working well. If one part is not in harmony with another, it will not operate properly. Likewise, in teamwork, the members are interrelated. If we are in harmony, we will reach our goal. Therefore, we strongly encourage everyone to take their work seriously in order to ensure that it will be done. We need to take ownership of our work and respect each other always. When it comes to different ideas, great ideas will win regardless of whose idea it is. When things go wrong, we do not look for who to blame but we should focus on what went wrong and how to fix it or stop it from happening again. By the end, we will, as a successful family, establish a strong and unbreakable bond.

Ultimately, I wish you a fulfilling and rewarding career here and invite you to go on this journey with us. Together, as a strong, united family, we will be able to move mountains.
