All students must complete the required enrollment documentation and provide supporting documents including:

1. Application form
2. Birth Certificate
3. Previous school records
4. Any other documents required by the school
5. Students who are transferring from other schools must provide proof of the final grade passed.

7. Parent's photo: (4x6) 4 photos
