    • Photos of who have authorised to pick-up students 3x4 (4pcs/person). Besides the student’s parent and guardians

    Primary and Secondary

    • Birth certificate or Passport ( 1 copy)
    • Photo of student wearing uniform with light blue background 3x4 (4pcs) and 4x6 (4pcs)
